Lesson Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Trial Lessons
● Trial lessons are non-refundable once booked.
● Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

2. Student-Initiated Cancellations
● Private Lessons:
○ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a
makeup lesson or reschedule.
○ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged in
full and cannot be rescheduled.

● Group Lessons:
○ Missed group lessons cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

3. Teacher-Initiated Cancellations
● If the teacher cancels a lesson for any reason:
○ The student will be offered a makeup lesson or a full refund for that class.

4. Refund Policy for Lesson Packages
● Refunds are available for unused lessons within 30 days of purchase, minus:
○ A ¥1,000 administrative fee
○ The regular (non-discounted) rate for any completed lessons
● No refunds will be issued after 30 days.

5. Long-Term Absences
● If a student plans to be absent for more than 2 consecutive weeks, please notify us
in advance.
○ In some cases, lesson credit extensions may be granted at the school’s
discretion.

6. No-Shows
● If a student fails to attend a lesson without notice ("no-show"), the lesson will be
charged in full.

7. Policy Acknowledgement
● By enrolling in lessons, students agree to this cancellation and refund policy.

📄 レッスンのキャンセルおよび返金ポリシー(日本語)
1. 体験レッスン
● 一度予約された体験レッスンの返金はできません。
● 24時間前までのご連絡で、日程変更が可能です。

2. 生徒都合によるキャンセル
● プライベートレッスンの場合:
○ 24時間前までにキャンセルのご連絡をいただければ、振替レッスンまたは再予約
が可能です。
○ 24時間以内のキャンセルは、全額請求となり、振替はできません。
● グループレッスンの場合:
○ 欠席された場合の振替や返金はできません。

3. 講師都合によるキャンセル
● 講師の都合でレッスンがキャンセルされた場合は、
○ 振替レッスンまたは全額返金を行います。

4. レッスンパッケージの返金について
● レッスンパッケージの未使用分については、購入日から30日以内であれば返金可能で
す。ただし、
○ 事務手数料として1,000円
○ 受講済みレッスンは通常料金で計算されます。
● 30日を過ぎた場合の返金はできません。

5. 長期欠席について
● 2週間以上の欠席予定がある場合は、事前にご連絡ください。
○ 状況により、レッスンクレジットの延長を許可する場合があります(当校の裁量に
よります)。

6. 無断欠席(ノーショー)
● 事前連絡なくレッスンを欠席された場合(ノーショー)は、全額請求となります。

7. ポリシーへの同意
● レッスンのお申込みにより、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
